Consultation Feedback Form

The Road Safety Council of Western Australia is leading the development of a draft of the new road safety strategy for our State. The Council will present this draft strategy to the Minister for Road Safety for consideration.

You are invited to consider the information in this feedback form and provide your views. Your views will contribute to the development of the new road safety strategy.

The Imagine Zero Consultation Paper supports the consultation feedback form. You can refer to the relevant section of Consultation Paper for greater details at any time before recording your responses.

Completing this feedback form should take between 20 and 30 minutes. Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential.

Some questions in this paper request a response on a scale of 1 to 10. Please select a number on the scale that most closely reflects your level of support for the question.

This section will help us understand your broader views on road safety in WA.

Every Western Australian is a road user, whether you drive, ride, walk or are simply a passenger in a car or on a motorcycle.
